Reseeding Identity Column in SQL Server / TSQL

Sometimes we need to change the seed value in Identity Column in a Table in SQL Server.

Here is the Alter Table Statement for doing that:

DBCC CHECKIDENT('', RESEED, )

Example:  
DBCC CHECKIDENT('Students', RESEED, 12)
